Went out to Myrtle Beach for the first time last month it almost like being back home in California. Here’s some pics from the trip and as always see more on flickr.

It’s taken awhile to get the funds to start changing up good ol Eleanor but I finally got the chance to change her hideous front end. 14” apes, 1.5” risers, new speedo mount, 1.5” tank lift, coil relocation, ignition relocation, wire tuck. She’s quite a looker now.
I may not have been doing anything creative this past year but RMP now has a site that works perfectly with less than stupid phones. So if you are in line at Kmart and need a fix, type in rabidmonkeyproductions.com and breathe a sigh of relief.
My ol’ buddy and shooting partner is now in NYC living the life. If you are up in the Big Apple and need photos/videos/anything awesome hit him up.
I’ve been listening to these British fellows, Mumford and Sons, for awhile now but just saw their video for ‘The Cave’. Pretty awesome and I’m not sure how I’ve lived without it for so long…enjoy.
I came across Scott G Toepfer’s site for his upcoming photo book and film, It’s Better In the Wind about just getting out and riding. His photo’s are amazing and I’m looking forward to checking the film out which is supposed to be released soon. Here’s a few to give a taste.
Harley’s put together a site called The Ridebook where they are producing short films with some artsy folks such as Relic and their short Tomcat’s Barbershop about a couple dudes in Brooklyn, New York who like to give classic cuts and ride their bikes. Check it out.
I was given a great opportunity by The Rock Shop in Fayetteville, NC to take some photos of a show they had. The venue is pretty damn nice, they have two stages, amazing lighting, and a killer sound system. It tops most of the places I used to go to in San Francisco and Sacramento and I wish more people took advantage of this much needed alternative to obnoxious clubs and seedy strip joints that surround the Ft Bragg region. These are a few shots I got on Friday of This Town is Poison and Damona Waits. You can see the rest on Flickr.
The day that I arrived in Fayetteville, NC a huge tornado destroyed a good chunk of the city. I’ve been wanting to take pictures ever since it happened and finally had the time to go out today. This is over a month since it happened so things have been cleaned up quite a bit but it’s still amazing how much damage the thing caused. See more on my flickr page.
I haven’t had my camera for months now but had some down time and started looking at some old pictures from last year that I haven’t touched since. Here’s some from the Walt Gray Ride that my pops, Katie, and I went on last summer. See more on my flickr page.
I became a published writer/photographer while I was at AIT. Before I joined the Army I took a ride to Lake Tahoe and ended up writing an article about it. Low and behold, Harley actually published it a few months later in HOG Magazine.
Moving the site over to tumblr. It’s free, and much easier to update.
RMP also has a new email address. The original was receiving entirely too many Viagra pitches and notices telling me I can get a free gold watch.

A brief update on why RMP has been gone for close to a year…
Everyone pretty much knows that the economy went down the drain a few years ago, especially in California. I was a recent film school graduate and the work I was getting wasn’t paying the loans so after almost a year of hunting for a job other than RMP with no success, I joined the US Army. After basic training, AIT, and airborne school, I have finally arrived in Fort Bragg, North Carolina home of pawn shops, strip clubs, and apparently tornadoes.
I’m hoping to pick up where I left off. Shoot a few music videos here and there on the weekends and also move into photography a little more in the next year. So keep posted, hopefully I won’t let you down.
Rabid Monkey Productions is on a brief hiatus. We’ll be back to work next summer in a new geographical location. RMP will miss the Bay Area but we look forward to meeting new friends and experiencing new opportunities.
